Our work
Contract disputes are an area of in-depth expert knowledge, as well as insurance, banking and financial services. Intellectual property services cover ‘soft-IP’, namely, trademarks and passing off, copyright and registered designs and in addition members of the team represent and advise on data protection, privacy and defamation matters.
Company law, shareholder disputes and partnership are other key areas and a wide range of professional negligence matters are handled skilfully by specialists in the field. Real property is a notable specialism and all aspects of sale and carriage of goods are dealt with.
Advice is given on trusts and inheritance issues and sports and media law are also areas undertaken.
