Mini-pupillages are an ideal way of gaining a better understanding of life at the Bar and in helping you to decide which chambers you would like to join. We run a pupillage programme in the Summer period. Our opportunities are targeted at those who are either completing or have completed an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) and have a clear and demonstrable commitment to a career at the independent bar. Priority will be given to those who have not previously had a mini-pupillage with St John’s Buildings.
