Two new cases for David James
David James prosecuted a teenager who stabbed a commuter in unprovoked attack at Manchester Victoria Station. Brandan Gillard was sentenced to seven-and-a-half years in a young offenders institution after pleading guilty to wounding with intent, possession of a knife and possession of cannabis which was found on him when he was arrested. The case was reported in the Manchester Evening News and the Daily Record.
David James also represented a 15-year-old youth involved in multiple stabbing attack. The boy was sentenced to a two-year detention and training order. The case was reported in the Bolton News.
