R v X
Richard Orme secured the acquittal of a former soldier and Level 1 Undercover Police Officer who was facing allegations of assault and strangulation said to have occurred outside of the UK.
During a six-day trial at Manchester Crown Court, the Defence was able to demonstrate malicious motivation behind the false allegations which the former soldier and U/C 1 officer had been facing for the last two years.
