Lucas Gregory in High Court injunction case
Lucas Gregory recently acted for the party seeking injunctive relief in the High Court in London. Those proceedings were initially brought on an ex parte basis. Lucas successfully secured an interim injunction for his client, and then went on to secure a final injunction and award of his client’s full legal costs.
In addition to representing his client at court, Lucas was also instructed for all drafting in the proceedings and to advise on matters of procedure. Harry Dixon was also instructed in the proceedings alongside Lucas for the ex parte hearing.
