HSE v Sanctuary Housing Association

David James successfully prosecuted Sanctuary Housing Association, one of the country’s largest social housing providers in relation to Legionella contamination and the management of water systems at a large residential premises providing sheltered accommodation.
The prosecution was brought by the Health and Safety Executive, and Sanctuary were fined £900,000 for the breaches.
