Leeds Lunchtime Law Session 2 Leases: Litigation Hotspots
We are delighted to invite you to a lunchtime session in our Leeds Chambers, focusing on the key litigation pressure points arising out of commercial and residential leases. Lunch is included as part of the session.
The speakers include Philip Byrne and Nigel Brook, who will explore recurring problem areas such as lease interpretation, breaches, forfeiture, dilapidations and termination issues, alongside recent case law with practical lessons for those running disputes.
