Zia Chaudhry Shortlisted in British Muslim Awards
Warmest congratulations to Zia Chaudhry MBE who has been shortlisted in the British Muslim Awards. The awards aim to recognise the role of Britain’s Muslim community in various areas of society including business, charity, sport, and arts and culture. Zia, based at our Liverpool chambers, has been shortlisted in the law category.
In November 2015, Zia received an MBE from HRH Prince of Wales for his services to inter-faith work over the past 15 years.
Zia is also the author of ‘Just your Average Muslim’ – a book about the need for understanding between different faiths.
