St John’s Buildings opens Leeds Chambers

St John’s Buildings, one of the country’s largest sets with chambers in Manchester, Chester, Liverpool and Sheffield, has announced that it has opened a Chambers in Park Square, Leeds. The decision to open a chambers in Leeds follows steady growth in the city, which has been built on by the recruitment of Mark Williams, who will take the post of the Leeds Senior Clerk, as well as several senior barristers joining SJB from other Leeds chambers.
Frances Heaton KC, the joint Head of Chambers, said of the decision “We are delighted to open a Chambers in Leeds. It has long been an ambition of St John’s Buildings to expand into the city following years of working in the region, and it is a natural progression for us to open premises here. Leeds has an incredibly vibrant and successful legal community and we are pleased to add St John’s Buildings to the list of outstanding chambers in the city.”

The Chambers, which opened on 1st July, is welcoming applications from exceptional barristers who work in the region and want to receive a comprehensive package of support.
