Simon Heaney Called to the Bar of Ireland

Simon Heaney was Called to the Bar of Ireland on 17th July 2026 at a ceremony held at the Supreme Court of Ireland, before the Chief Justice, Donal O’Donnell and Mr Justice Gerard Hogan. This follows Simon being conferred with the degree of Barrister at Law by the King’s Inns, Dublin on 13th July 2026.
As well as continuing his main practice in England and Wales at St John’s Buildings, Simon has full rights of audience before the courts of Ireland. This compliments Simon’s developing practice specialism in dealing with cross jurisdiction cases, allowing continuity of representation in the dual jurisdictions in all areas of public and private family law proceedings.
