Sentence of 19 years’ imprisonment imposed in case prosecuted by James Hudson
C pleaded guilty to 34 sexual offences, some of which related to the Defendant’s own children who were aged between 2 – 12 years.
The offending was grave and involved many aggravating features including the recording and distribution of videos taken by the Defendant.
From a notional post-trial period of 24 years, after credit for plea, a sentence of 19 years’ imprisonment (18 plus 1 years’ extended licence) was imposed.
James is a Grade 3 Prosecutor and was instructed by Jo Service of CPS North West’s RASSO Unit.
