Re N (A Child) (Care Order: Welfare Evaluation)
Judgment has been released in the rehearing of Re N (A Child) (Care Order: Welfare Evaluation) [2024] EWCA Civ 938 after the Court of Appeal allowed an appeal.
Lorraine Cavanagh KC was leading Andrew Haggis for the Italian father of an Italian/Romanian child where Harris J concluded that moving to Italy to live with his father was better for the young child than living in foster care in the UK with his elder half brother.
