R v Stewart (& Jones, Jones, Musson, Tig & Williamson)
Simeon Evans has successfully defended a client charged with conspiracy to possess explosives for an unlawful purpose.
The man was acquitted earlier this week at Liverpool Crown Court.
The case, which involved a live grenade being placed under a family’s car, was part of an alleged feud between gangsters in Warrington.
