R v SM at Shrewsbury Crown Court [2025]
Dylan Wagg defended a man who was likely facing the activation of a 24-month custodial sentence due to committing six further offences whilst subject to the suspended sentence order. The judge did not activate the sentence and instead gave him a new suspended sentence order with a community order.
