R v Roy Evans

Jonathan Dickinson prosecuted and Gemma Maxwell defendedĀ in a case involving possession of firearms and importation of Class A drugs.

Roy Evans, a British army veteran, was linked to the head of an Organised Crime Group which smuggled heroin from Holland into the UK. He was sentenced to 13 years and three months for importation of Class A and B drugs and six years and six months for possession of two firearms.
