R v O – Operation Single
Paul O’Shea represented one of the defendants who was charged following Operation Single – believed to be the largest operation of methamphetamine (crystal meth/Ice) production in the UK, and the first ever find by South Yorkshire Police.
The woman was acquitted following a two-week trial, while the other three Defendants were all convicted and received sentences of between seven and ten years.
