R v Mountfort
Nigel Booth prosecuted Michael Mountfort who was found guilty of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs at the Kendal Calling music festival.
Mr Mountfort had denied the charge which followed an investigation into the death of an 18-year-old festival goer who became ill at the event in July 2015.
He will be sentenced alongside two other men on 1 August. Simon Chapman and Luke Fraser had previously admitted conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
The case was covered in BBC News and North West Evening Mail.
