R v Jordan Walters
Jonathan Turner prosecuted a burglar who smashed into a shop and stole a cash tin containing £150.
Jordan Walters appeared at Bolton Crown Court after pleading guilty to burgling the grocer’s store in August last year.
The court was told that Walters, who has a criminal record for burglary and robbery, had caused damage estimated at £600 to the shop. They were also told Walters was a regular cannabis user from the age of nine.
Walters is due to be sentenced on August 28.
