R v Gary Jones
Ben Lawrence prosecuted a man who was accused of a 10-year campaign of sexual abuse against a schoolgirl.
Following a five-day trial, Gary Jones was convicted and sentenced to 17 years’ imprisonment. He will be on the Sex Offenders Register for the rest of his life and a Sexual Harm Prevention Order will also limit his contact with girls.
