R v David Parsonage

Mark Connor defended a music teacher from Wrexham who was cleared of nine charges by a jury at Caernarfon crown court. David Parsonage had denied ten charges including indecent assaults, two common assaults and causing a child to engage in sexual activity.

He was found guilty of a single offence of indecent assault dating back to the 1990s. He was placed under 12 months’ supervision and ordered to carry our 200 hours of unpaid work.
