R v David Jamfrey
Nicola Quinney prosecuted a paedophile who was jailed for 10 years and nine months.
David Jamfrey of Doncaster pleaded guilty to 17 sexual offences including 11 counts of sexual assault of a male under 13 and four counts of sexual activity with a male aged between 13 and 15. Jamfrey abused the boys, aged between five and 15 years old, between January 2010 and May 2014. He was jailed at Sheffield Crown Court where Judge Sarah Wright said his “persistent grooming” had “shattered the lives of his victims”.
