Congratulations to Joseph O’Brien QC and Richard Thyne QC
Joseph O’Brien QC and Richard Thyne QC have today been appointed Queen’s Counsel by Her Majesty the Queen on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, Dominic Raab MP, following consideration by the independent Queen’s Counsel Selection Panel. Their appointments mark the first time since the creation of the independent selection panel that two Sheffield barristers have been appointed in the same year.
Joseph O’Brien QC specialises in personal injury, clinical negligence, professional negligence, employment, public law and human rights, adult social care and in the Court of Protection.
