Adeda Oritsejafor is our Governance, Compliance and Risk Manager. She joined the Chambers in 2025, bringing more than 10 years’ experience in compliance, governance and regulatory risk gained at leading international banks and financial institutions, including Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Deutsche Bank and Lloyds Banking Group.
At Chambers, Adeda is responsible for governance frameworks, compliance policies, risk management and regulatory oversight. She works with Members and staff to ensure Chambers operates to the highest professional and statutory standards. A qualified Barrister with an LLM from the University of Aberdeen and an LLB from the University of Leicester, she combines legal training with deep regulatory knowledge to support the effective management and strategic direction of Chambers.
Outside Chambers, Adeda enjoys travelling and values spending time with family and friends.
