Kelly appears on behalf of Claimants and Defendants. Kelly attends Application Hearings, Infant Settlement Hearings, Stage 3 MOJ Hearings, Small Claims Hearings, CMCs, Disposal Hearings and Fast Track trials. Kelly is frequently instructed to appear in claims involving credit hire disputes.
Kelly has been instructed to advise on quantum and draft pleadings.
Prior to the Bar, Kelly was employed by a local law firm where she assisted the senior solicitor with the handling of complex Personal Injury claims, including cases involving allegations of fundamental dishonesty. Kelly was subsequently employed by a multi-national law firm where she handled her own case load of multi-track Personal Injury claims.

Instructed to act for the Defendant in a road traffic accident claim. The Claimant alleged the Defendant had entered a roundabout when it was unsafe to do so. Liability was disputed. Successfully defended the claim.
K v M
Instructed to act for the Defendant in a road traffic accident claim. The Claimant alleged the Defendant, driving a crane, had encroached into her lane when it was unsafe to do so. Liability was disputed. Successfully defended the claim.
M v H

Kelly is a CPS Level 1 prosecutor.
Kelly appears for the Prosecution and the Defence in Magistrates’ Court trials.
Kelly appears in the Crown Court for hearings such as probation breaches, bail applications, and appeals.
Kelly has gained experience in handling vulnerable witnesses.
