Jade’s principal practice is in Family Law and encompasses all aspects of the law relating to children in both public and private proceedings. She regularly receives instructions to appear for Local Authorities, parents, other extended family members, children able to give their own instructions and children’s guardians.

Jade has an active interest in the development of Family Law and regularly attends conferences/seminars organised by the Family Law Bar Association, Family Law publishing companies and open forum seminars.

Children (Public and Private law)

Jade has a wide ranging experience of divorce proceedings and associated matters including all aspects of finance and property disputes involving ancillary relief proceedings and disputes between unmarried couples, emergency applications for injunctive relief and committal and enforcement proceedings.

Jade has experience in dealing with co-habitation disputes under the Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.
