P v Holt
Louise McCloskey prosecuted a Greater Manchester police officer, who was found guilty of sexually assaulting a male colleague during a night out.
James Holt had denied a charge of sexual assault at Liverpool & Knowsley Magistrates’ Court but was found guilty after a two-day trial. He was granted unconditional bail until sentencing on 31 October.
