Tom Wood successfully defends age and sex discrimination claims

Tom Wood acted for the respondent hairdressing salon in successfully defending age and sex discrimination claims where the claimant was offered money for new clothes.

The unanimous decision of the Tribunal was that:
The Claimant’s claims of direct age discrimination and direct sex discrimination under section 13 Equality Act 2010 and harassment relating to age and/or sex under section 26 Equality Act 2010 are not well founded and fail.
