Seven Men Sentenced Following 30 Burglaries
Ben Lawrence led Laura Nash in prosecuting seven men who received prison sentences after committing almost 30 burglaries in nine months.
The men targeted businesses including fast food restaurants, bars, bookmakers, supermarkets and sports shops across Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Derbyshire between January and September last year. They used heavy machinery to gain access to premises and safes.
The seven men all received prison sentences ranging from 18 months to three years and four months.
The case was covered on the Manchester Evening News website, which shows a CCTV video released by Greater Manchester Police of the men breaking into a safe.
