R v Jason Potts

Ben Lawrence prosecuted Jason Potts who attacked three females in the same evening in Stoke on Trent.

Potts’ victims were an 11-year-old girl, a 20-year-old woman and a woman in her mid-30s.

Potts pleaded guilty to the false imprisonment of an 11-year-old girl, false imprisonment with intent to commit a sexual offence, assault by penetration, battery, and battery with intent to commit a sexual offence. He was jailed for 10 years and will serve an extended five-year period on licence after his release.
