Laura Nash acts for supportive accommodation in complex inquest

January 18, 2023

Laura Nash represented a supported living service who had housed a young man with a number of mental health difficulties following failed discharges from a psychiatric ward. The Area Coroner found that there had been a number of missed opportunities by the Trust involved in the care of the young man who went on to fall from a bridge. The inquest lasted for three weeks and was heard in Essex. Laura was instructed by Rupert Nevin of Rradar Solicitors.
