Inquest into the death of WVB

Charlotte Johnson represented the family at a two-day remote inquest at Liverpool Coroner’s Court before the Senior Coroner. The inquest was convened following the death of WVB who suffered poor mental health and who jumped from the fourth floor of the Liverpool Public Library in 2019. The Senior Coroner gave a narrative conclusion in which it was noted there was a ‘missed opportunity’ to assess WVB’s mental health six weeks before he died.
