Employment Case Law Update by Laura Halsall
Employment team member Laura Halsall has written a case law update looking at the top employment law cases of 2020. Laura has included 10 cases in her summary and we hope it will be of benefit to those practising in employment and discrimination law.
Laura is our employment team’s newest member, having completed pupillage in October 2020. She combines her employment law practice with a growing education law practice and regularly appears before the Employment Tribunal and First Tier Tribunal (SENDIST) and welcomes instructions in both areas.
