Clinical Negligence Debate in Manchester
Daniel Frieze, Head of our Personal Injury team, was invited to speak at the Clinical Negligence Debate, which took place at the Midland Hotel in Manchester on 20 February. The debate focused on improving patient safety and reducing clinical negligence claims.
Daniel, in collaboration with Shahin Master of Irwin Mitchell, gave a presentation entitled ‘Mediation from the perspective of a claimant solicitor and barrister’. They both took part in a panel session on ‘How Successful has mediation been for the NHS’.
