Japanese knotweed: An invasive problem for local authorities

Christopher Moss has written an article regarding the problem that Japanese knotweed poses to Local Authorities, Housing Trusts and other large land owners, following the case of Network Rail Infrastructure v Williams [2018] EWCA Civ 1514.
