A v AG

In the Court of Protection in the matter of the Mental Capacity Act 2005.

Mr Justice Poole has handed down his approved judgment on adjournment in the case of A v AG & CI [2020] EWCOP 58, in which he provided guidance for expert witnesses to consider when providing written reports to the court on capacity.
