The strength of the Court of Protection team in Chambers has been recognised in both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners 2016.
Our commitment to excellence continues with in house training for all members of the team. This year this training took place on 14 November 2015 when papers were delivered on the Family Court and the COP, the role of P and experts. The mandatory case law update focused on deprivation of liberty and court procedures.
The addition of Simon Pallo adds further strength to the team.
