Manslaughter Verdict Following ‘Targeted Attack’
Paul O’Shea defended Stevin Pierre who was acquitted of murder but found guilty of manslaughter following a lengthy trial.
Two other men were found guilty of murder.
The victim, Grant Bodell, was shot in the early hours of 21 June. Police said the shooting was likely to have been a targeted attack, as it followed an altercation with a group associated with his killers the previous night.
