Jessica Foster secures acquittals after a successful submission of no case to answer. The defendant was charged with two counts of exposure, with the complainants being two young children. Ahead of the trial, Jessica cross-examined the complainants using the Section 28 procedure.
At the close of the Prosecution’s case, Jessica made a successful submission of no case to answer, highlighting the inconsistencies within the evidence of each complainant. The jury were then directed to return not guilty verdicts.
