Jean Haydr v Tameside General Hospital

Jason Searle was instructed by Sarah Evans at Slater & Gordon to represent Jean Haydr at an Employment Tribunal.

Mrs Haydr was on the brink of finishing a Masters degree and being promoted to a senior nurse after 12 years working at Tameside General Hospital when she was dismissed.

The hearing concluded Mrs Haydr was ‘unfairly dismissed’ and she was awarded the maximum possible amount in the Employment Tribunal for an unfair dismissal case.
