Her Honour Judge Abigail Hudson
We are delighted to announce that the King has appointed Abigail Hudson to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Northern Circuit, based at Bolton Crown Court with effect from 16 October 2023..
Abigail Hudson will be known as Her Honour Judge Abigail Hudson. She was called to the Bar (Gray’s Inn) in 2003. She was appointed as a Tribunal Judge in the Social Entitlement Chamber in 2011, as a Recorder in 2012, and as a Tribunal Judge in the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber in 2018.
