Guilty Verdict in Attempted Murder Case

Mark Connor prosecuted a man who attacked his ex-partner with a knife, causing life-threatening injuries including a punctured lung and a wound to her liver. Scott David Jones denied the charge but was found guilty by an 11 to one majority. He was remanded in custody pending an assessment of his future risk and will be sentenced next month.
