F Ahmad v Human Relief Foundation

Tarlun Ahari, instructed by Law by Design,  has written a case note after successfully representing the claimant in whistleblowing proceedings at an employment tribunal. Ms Ahmad was found to have been unfairly dismissed by the charity, Human Relief Foundation, after raising concerns about smoking, suspected drug taking and breach of COVID-19 regulations in the workplace in September 2020.
