The aim of the Public and Administrative Law Group is to provide high quality advice and representation in all matters of judicial review challenges in the Administrative Division of the High Court, and other public law, Immigration Law and human rights challenges in courts and tribunals.
Chambers’ Public and Administrative Law Group brings together and formalises the already considerable amount of public law work undertaken by members of Chambers at all levels of seniority.
Chambers is committed to providing a multi-disciplinary centre of excellence for public law and human rights. The Group comprises eminent King’s Counsel and a range of specialist juniors.
The Group’s core ethos is to deliver to clients legal representation of the highest quality in a responsive, committed and professional fashion. Group members have regular meetings and undertake frequent internal and external training sessions, as well as delivering Seminars, to keep up to date in this fast moving area of law.
