This seminar will discuss Disability: How should the Court value a Claimant’s Case? Philip Grundy will explore the “bullets to fire and to dodge” for both Claimants and Defendants. In particular, the applicability of a reduction factor to multipliers and/or alternatives, if applicable at all.
