A Local Authority v The Mother & Ors [2026] EWFC 126
Joseph O’Brien KC leading Lance Dodgson successfully represented a father in Public Law proceedings in the High Court, where the mother was found to have fabricated or induced illness in a child. The Court made an order for the child to live with the father and a s.91(14) order against the mother.
