20 Year Sentence in Historic Rape Case
Andrew Green prosecuted a historic rape case at Mold Crown Court.
John Emery of LLanfachraeth, near Dolgellau, denied 19 charges including indecent assault, the rape of a child, and sexual assault against the girl and two other complainants. He was unanimously convicted by a jury and sentenced to 20 years in prison. He was also ordered to register with the police as a sex offender for life.
