Court of Protection Seminar in Manchester

Our annual Court of Protection seminar is back as an in-person event! It will take place at Etc. venues in Manchester on Monday 5th December. We would be delighted if you could make it.

This event will be chaired by Joseph O’Brien KC with talks from Lorraine Cavanagh KCKate Burnell KCNatalia LevineJonathan BellamyLucinda France-HayhurstKelly HutchinsonRebecca Titus-Cobb and Hannah Bakshani.

Talks will cover:

Lucinda France-Hayhurst: Consent and Sex Under the MCA

Kelly Hutchinson, Rebecca Titus-Cobb and Hannah Bakshani: Top of the COP – 10 cases of significance

Lorraine Cavanagh KC and Kate Burnell KC: 16-18 year-olds in the COP

Jonathan Bellamy: Transparency in the COP

Natalia Levine: Participation of P

Time: Registration is from 9.00am. The first seminar begins at 9.30 am and talks finish at 4pm. A continental breakfast and hot buffet lunch will be provided.

Cost: £50 plus VAT
