Contract disputes are an area of in depth expert knowledge, as well as defamation and insurance. Intellectual property services cover trademarks, patents, copyright and registered design. Partnership is another area and a wide range of professional negligence matters are handled skilfully by specialists in the field. Real property is a notable specialism and all aspects of sale and carriage of goods are dealt with. Advice is given on Trusts and Inheritance issues and Sports and Media law are also areas undertaken. Chambers also has several Bar Council accredited mediators, including David Berkley KC, all of whom have vast experience of mediating.
