She has the ability to process large amounts of information under time constraints and to distill complex issues of fact and law into concise and persuasive submissions. Abigail has a practical, friendly and approachable manner, which endears her to clients and solicitors alike.

Abigail was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 2010, and is frequently asked to sit in difficult financial remedy cases. She also has extensive experience of sitting in private law children matters. Abigail’s judicial experience is a valuable asset that allows her to offer her clients an enhanced perspective on how the Court will approach their cases.
