Salary: £18,134 – £21,000 depending on skills and experience

At St Johns Buildings we aim to provide excellent levels of client care at all times across all of our sites. We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional telephonist/receptionist to present an excellent first impression to callers and visitors to Chambers.
This role is split between our telephone switchboard room and front of house reception, and forms part of a small ‘first point of contact’ team in our Manchester site.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced, friendly, well presented and efficient telephonist and/or receptionist who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment. Strong communication skills, experience of carrying out a similar role in a professional services organisation, and a flexible attitude are essential. Experience of working in a legal or professional services environment would be an advantage, but is not essential. A full job description and person specification is available below.
